Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adonis service (the "Service") provided by FatKid FZ-LLC ("Adonis," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Google Ads and Google Business Profile) using OAuth or API credentials you authorize. You represent that you have the right to connect those accounts and to grant Adonis the access required to perform actions on your behalf.

Where a paid plan applies, fees are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective basis with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Adonis or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service, including data from your connected accounts. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. AI-generated output

The Service uses artificial intelligence to perform actions and generate content on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before it is published or applied to your accounts. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated output for any specific purpose.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADONIS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY MATTER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adonis from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reasonable cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
